Custom Orders
Commissions and custom orders are welcome. Please note that fulfillment times may vary depending on the scope of the project and the kiln firing schedule.

 

Packaging & Shipping
All ceramics are packaged with care, using a double-box method to ensure safe delivery. Orders are shipped via USPS, FedEx, or UPS, depending on the size, weight, and destination of the order.

Domestic & International Shipping
We ship within the United States and internationally. International orders will incur additional shipping charges, and delivery times will vary based on location and customs processing.

Order Fulfillment Timeline
Due to the nature of the Anagama firing process—which is conducted only a few times per year—order fulfillment can take up to six months. Pieces fired in the Cat kiln are produced more frequently and may ship sooner. Customers placing custom orders will be informed of the expected production and shipping timeline at the time of purchase.

Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the damage so we can work with you on a resolution.
